How does Kleanity work?


You can place your order through our website, phone, text or email. Specify what time works best for us to pick up your order, we will ask you to have your dirty laundry ready on a 13 gallon bag (receive a standard Kleanity bag free when you signing up to our newsletter or by sending us an email). We will then schedule a delivery time and finally you will receive your clothes cleaned and folded the following day. And just like that you have regained your time back!




Which package works best for me?


If you are a single household member or wash no more than twice a month, we recommend our BASIC package since you will have access of up to 2 bags per month. If you wash at least 4 times per month and/or have more than one household member then we recommend the CLASSIC package since you will have access of up to 4 bags per month plus free steam ironing for dress shirts and tee-shirts. We recommended for people that have a busy lifestyle, have a full household or just need to take full advantage of our services to help with all of their laundry needs, the ELITE gives you access of up to 6 bags per month, free steam ironing for all garments and the option for free same day delivery. (Same deliveries are only serviced on the weekends for now).

Is there a minimum amount to place an order?


Yes, there is a $25.00 minimum that has to met per order.




Can someone else other than the customer be present for either pick up or delivery?


Yes, but please be advised that they will have to sign on your behalf.




What type of items are not washed or be covered by Kleanity?


Example: Any kind of excessively torn, excessively stained, or missing pair pieces. Kleanity reserves the right to decline or return unwashed any or similar of these items. Kleanity will contact the customer before retuning items advising of any items that will be returned unwashed.




What if I am not present when you arrive at the location listed on my pick up or delivery?


If not notified 2 hours prior to pick or delivery, a $10.00 no show charge will be applied.




Can I receive my clothes with hangers?


Yes, for a small fee of $1.00 per item or free if you purchase a premium package.




What happens if I am missing an item upon receiving my order?


Kleanity requires customers to send an email to (customercare@kleanity.com) within12 hours to report any missing items. You must put a full description of item within the email. We will have 24 hours to investigate and try to find the item. If the item is not found and pick and delivery receipts match and we find that there was an error on our end, then we will request for proof of value of the missing item for a refund of up to and no more than $100.00 per order.




What if I receive an item back damaged?


Kleanity requires customers to send an email to (customercare@kleanity.com) within 12 hours of receiving your order, we will need proof of the damage item and an approximated price of item for a refund of up to and no more than $100.00.




Can I have my items returned to me same day?


Yes, this servied is offered weekends only. Order must be place before 11:00 AM CST.
